1. Jewellery Pricing
Gold jewellery prices depend on:
- Today’s gold rate
- Product weight
- Making charges
- GST and applicable taxes
- Design, craftsmanship and availability
Because gold prices change regularly, the final price of each jewellery item may vary based on the gold rate at the time of purchase.
2. No Refund Policy
VH Jewels generally does not offer refunds once a jewellery purchase is completed.
Gold jewellery is a high-value product and prices may change daily. For this reason, customers are requested to check the product design, weight, purity, making charges and final price carefully before purchase.
3. Exchange Policy
We may offer exchange support only in eligible cases.
Customers must contact VH Jewels within 3 working days of purchase or delivery if they wish to request an exchange.
Exchange requests may be considered only if:
- The product is unused
- The product is in original condition
- The product has not been altered, resized, damaged or worn
- Original bill/invoice is available
- Original packaging, tag, certificate or hallmark details are available, if applicable
- The product passes our quality inspection
Exchange approval is at the discretion of VH Jewels after product verification.
4. Damaged or Manufacturing Defect Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us immediately.
Customers must share:
- Order details or purchase bill
- Clear photos or video of the product
- Description of the issue
- Contact details
After inspection, VH Jewels may offer repair, replacement or exchange depending on the issue and product condition.
Normal wear and tear, mishandling, accidental damage, misuse, chemical damage, bending, breaking, stone loss due to impact or unauthorized repair will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.
5. Custom Orders and Personalized Jewellery
Custom-made, personalized, resized, altered or specially ordered jewellery cannot be refunded or returned.
This includes:
- Custom designs
- Made-to-order jewellery
- Size changes
- Engraved jewellery
- Modified jewellery
- Special bridal or bulk orders
Customers are requested to confirm all design details before placing a custom order.
6. Gold Purity and Verification
VH Jewels deals in 916 hallmarked gold jewellery wherever applicable.
If a customer requests additional lab testing or third-party verification, the lab testing charges, courier charges or related expenses must be paid by the customer.
If the product is found to be altered, damaged or different from the product sold by VH Jewels, exchange or return requests may be rejected.
7. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used jewellery
- Damaged jewellery
- Resized or altered jewellery
- Custom-made jewellery
- Jewellery without original invoice
- Jewellery without original packaging, tag or certificate, if applicable
- Products damaged due to mishandling or misuse
- Products purchased during special clearance or final sale, if any
8. Online Enquiries and Product Images
Product images on the website are for design reference and display purposes. Actual colour, shine, size and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings and product weight.
Customers are encouraged to contact us on WhatsApp or visit our store to confirm product availability, weight, pricing and design details before purchase.
9. Store Visit Purchases
For purchases made in-store, customers should inspect the jewellery carefully before billing.
Our team will help explain the product weight, purity, gold rate, making charges and final billing details before purchase.
Once billing is completed, refunds are generally not available. Eligible exchange requests may be considered as per this policy.
10. Shipping and Delivery Issues
If a product is shipped to the customer and there is any delivery-related damage or missing item concern, the customer must contact VH Jewels immediately after delivery.
Please keep the packaging, invoice and unboxing video, if available, for verification.
Claims made after unreasonable delay may not be accepted.
